APPROVAL OF CHANGES TO THE INSTRUCTIONAL COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
Description
Bargaining teams for the School Board and SC/TA have reached tentative agreement on minor changes to the teacher evaluation language in the collective bargaining agreements necessary for compliance with Senate Bill 736.
Recommendation
That the changes in language in the Instructional Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Sarasota Classified/Teachers Association, as displayed in the attachment, be approved as presented.
